How a visit works
No surprises, no strangers. Here’s what to expect from booking to lock-up.

Step 01
Meet your crew
The same two or three people every visit. You’ll get their names and photos before the first appointment.

Step 02
We work top to bottom
A set order on every job, back of the house to the front, so clean rooms stay clean while we finish.

Step 03
Walk-through, then done
We check the work with you (or send photos if you’re out), lock up and text when we leave.

Questions, answered
Something else? Call or text (555) 555-0142.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
No. Most regular customers give us a door code or lockbox. We text when we arrive and again when we lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes: vacuums, microfiber, ladders, pressure washers and products. If you prefer a specific product for your floors or counters, leave it out and we’ll use it.
Can I book more than one service in a visit?
That’s why most people call us. We can clean the house, wash the windows and fix the sticky door in one trip, with one quote and one bill.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
